🏆 Founder of AI Smart PromptsExpert in project management and organizational development, and a consultant for Project Management Offices (PMO). Holds a PhD in Construction Management from the University of New South Wales in Australia, a Master's in Engineering Management from Griffith University, and a Bachelor's in Architecture and Building Sciences from King Saud University.
Has extensive professional experience in strategic transformation, quality systems, and project management. Has led organizational development initiatives in both public and private sectors applying international standards such as ISO 9001 and PMO methodologies. Also served as a reviewer for global standards in project management offices with PMI, and as a member of judging committees for global PMO awards.
